We first met the Gangis back in 2017 when we were living in Manhattan and looking to buy in Bergen County. We've been searching for just the right house to buy for over a year, hit some bumps in the road and stopped for a while. When we were ready to get serious again, we hired Kevin to assist us in our search. Kevin narrowed down the listings according to our needs and requirements, and pre-checked potential homes to save us time. When we finally found the house we were interested in, we fell in love with it. Unfortunately, it was a short sale situation that required quite a bit of work from everyone over a period of close to six months until we finally got the approval to buy the house. Kevin assisted us in every step of the way, with appraisals, mortgage information, and visiting the house dozens of times over the waiting period. Once we received the approval, he was with us when we got our inspection, and when we had a dozen contractors come by the house to give us a quote for a renovation. Kevin understood our needs and never once made us feel bad about dragging him over to the house over and over again for various needs while we were waiting for our closing. He even came with us to our closing, explaining the process and celebrating when it was finally done! Any other agent would have just told us to wait until we close and get keys, but Kevin understood our needs and timeframes and was available and always willing to run around with us for all kinds of things. We finally closed on our house in August and have been renovating since, we will be moving in shortly just in time for the holidays - thank you Kevin for helping us make our dream a reality!!
