It was our first time selling a home and we've never gone through the process and we honestly felt overwhelmed. We met some of the highest rated realtors in our area but it was the Swift team that really won us over. They walked us through every step of the process, had great communication, and really positioned our house in the very best way possible to get it sold quickly and at a price that was fair and what we were looking for. Even through some stressful moments, Shelly was great at communicating what he was doing and what the next steps were going to be. I don't know if other realtors are as involved and hands on, but it was incredibly reassuring knowing that they had our best interest at stake.
