Kelly Franco sold our beautiful 3200 sq ft Livermore, CA home 3.5 years ago (2013). After 25 years, with a severe and sudden life change, we needed to refurbish the house, sell and move within the shortest time possible. We appreciated Kellys frankness concerning what needed to be done to a well worn house in order to make a fast sell and at top dollar. With the assistance of her trusted consultants, contractors and own great sense of style, Kelly became the project manager for the remodel. We depended on her for every decision we had to make. She even went with the contractor to repeatedly pick out new granite, tile and appliances. Within apx 8 weeks she had the house on the market with the kitchen and bathrooms remodeled and the rest of the house beautifully updated and refurbished. After her first open house weekend, which included a realtor pre-showing of the property complete with barbecue (!) to help insure a great turnout, Kelly received 7 offers all over list price! Without Kellys hard work, we would have been selling below market value, instead we realized more than we ever imagined possible. When it came time a year later (2015) to sell an investment condo, even though we were now living three hrs out of the area, Kelly once again happily took over the transformation to put it on the market. This time the property was in very bad shape after the renters moved out. Kelly orchestrated the complete remodel of every room in the condo, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, windows, everything. She designed the project entirely herself and picked out all the materials keeping the prices on budget. The finished product was amazing. Once again the project was completed in record time and again she received multiple offers on the first weekend, selling it well over the list price. Today (2017) Kelly is once again in the process of overseeing the remodel of our final investment condo, preparing it for sale. Again, weve left her completely in charge of the design and decisions knowing it will turn out perfectly once again. We cant wait to see the final project. I keep telling Kelly we need to additionally pay her as the project manager but she wont hear of it. She tells me over and over that she loves doing this and appreciates the reward of a successful top dollar sale. I highly recommend her either as your listing or buying agent. She really knows her properties and is a very hard negotiator on either side of the transaction.

We chose Kelly due to her local knowledge and seasoned experience in real estate. My wife and I were rookies in the sale of real estate. Kelly knew of all the possible problems that could occur and was way out in front to make sure none of them happened.
