We were in Tallahassee for the weekend and called the listing broker on a house for sale. No one was at the office, so we brought the Zillow listing up. Rachels name appeared as a local realtor. We called and connected to her immediately. She met us the next morning, on time, with enthusiasm, and submitted our backup offer within a few hours. Over the course of the next two months, Rachel emailed other potential properties sometimes daily. On a return trip to Tallahassee we scheduled showings with her - again she was on time and thorough. We found a property we loved, she helped us configure the offer, shepherded us through inspections and condo regulations, and brought items to our attention. The sale literally flew through. Throughout - emails or texts were answered within minutes, she met with each inspector on site, she communicated directly with the condo association - in short, she took care of every item on the to do list. We highly recommend her!

Rachel was awesome throughout the entire process! Her great personality and ability to adapt to her customers makes her a brilliant realtor.My fiance and I were looking to buy our first home when we met Rachel at an open house. We scheduled time to meet with her and she walked us through the entire home buying process. She was open to every question we had and could answer promptly with extreme regard for ethics. She was able to gather our preferences and send us listings that fit those preferences; this really helped cut down on the options which helped with the timing of the search.We never had any issues with communicating with Rachel. She was available via text or phone call. If we scheduled a call time, she was always prompt. Whether it was touring homes or walking through the home we decided upon, if she set a time, she would be there on time. At our final walkthrough and closing, she provided us with the red carpet treatment! It was a lot more than I expected, but it put the icing on the cake for our first home.
