This review is long overdue. When I think of Rachel, the words that come to mind are responsive, punctual, sharp, and aware. Having worked in real estate and real estate investing for over 15 years, my standard is high when it comes to the skills I expect in an agent handling my investment...my money. With Rachel, there are no cracks or holes for you to fall into. She has an amazing ability to foresee and catch potential risks before they hit your pocket. Im telling you, thats whats important. However, one of her greatest gifts is her no-drama-delivery of the facts. Theres no anxiety with Rachel. I would guess it has a lot to do with her lowkey straightforward personality, which is valuable when youre dealing with a real estate transaction that can potentially be stressful. Honestly, I dont think I will ever find another agent as excellent. Hopefully, in the future, she will be in the seat of training new agents. Call Rachel! You wont be disappointed.
