I met Rachel at church, but I was introduced to Rachel the realtor through her many posts on social media advertising open houses. Upon strolling though my instagram feed I stopped on a post that said something along the lines of, ?interested in finding a home, give me a call/text? so I did. That interaction led to a meeting at Ekk & Hamilton Realty. I really didn?t know what to expect but Rachel?s professionalism and preparedness was so on point that I called my mother in law, (who was also in the market for a home) while we were still in the meeting. My mother in law is very particular but I just knew Rachel would be the perfect realtor for her. After her meeting with Rachel, she was as convinced as I knew she would be that Rachel was the perfect person to find her a home. A month or so later, my mother in law was in her new home.Our process took a little longer because we were looking for the right house with some must have essentials and we had more time than my mother in law did because we were in a lease agreement.Rachel was great throughout the process. There was communication of some sort almost everyday. It was easy to stay on top of things with the emails, text, and phone correspondences. Throughout the process the thing that Rachel helped best with was honestly the communication. Communication is a big deal for me. Especially, when I don?t understand something. We felt comfortable expressing when we had trouble comprehending certain things and and saying when we didn?t didn?t like a property.Rachel took notes and listened to what we said were our likes and dislikes, and she didn?t waste time sending us homes to look at that my husband and I would not have appreciated based on previous viewings and discussions that had taken place prior.I would definitely recommend Rachel to others and use her again for our next purchase(s). We were about to stay on budget and we are happy with our very first purchase.
