We were looking for a condo close to the waterfront in Virginia Beach. We had identified a few properties, which she dutifully showed us, and all of which were, frankly, disasters. Then she worked really hard to find places that met the requirements we listed. We ended up with a perfect new-construction property that ticked every box we specified. She was always accessible and rode heard on all the details, and every meeting occurred on schedule and accomplished what was needed. It was easier and faster to close on the property than buying the last car I bought. Karen really, really understands the Va. Beach property ins-and-outs, and she'll lead you well, regardless of what you think you know about the area. We've owned the property almost a year now, and we couldn't be happier! Highly, highly recommended!
