I was looking for an investment property in Myrtle Beach. I don't live in the area, so when I was down visiting, she lined up several condos for us to look at. She had spread sheets made for me with price points, along with recently sold comps, and with 3-5 year rental histories on each one. After viewing these together, and analyzing the data, we came up with one that we put an offer in. She put the deal together, after I had left to go back to Michigan, while constantly keeping in touch with me. I had never invested in property down here, and she was always available to answer all my questions. She was always 2 steps ahead of me, which is hard to do, as I am always very thorough. The deal was completed and closed within 2 weeks. Needless to say, I was very impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm for real estate. I plan to buy more real estate in the future and will use Natalie for every deal that we put together.
