I am happy to recommend Rudy and Marla and their team to anybody going through a short sale. We had a difficult case with our bank and our first agent basically gave up and we did too until we were contacted by Rudy. We agreed to try again with them. It took another 7 months to finally get it done as the bank kept throwing things up for us to do before they would approve the sale. Rudy and Marla stayed with us and helped us meet every request from the bank. Finally we had the banks approval and a sale was eminent when the buyer backed out at the last minute. Rudy had several backup buyers already interested and we were able to close the sale within 3 weeks of the original closing date. The only reason it took 3 weeks is that the bank decided it had to reevaluate and reapprove the agreed upon price, even though it was exactly the same as had already been approved. We are very thankful for all the work they did to get this resolved and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody going through a short sale process.
