Brent's knowledge of every aspect of my situation was lacking. He gave me very bad advice, "off the record"I left stuff in the garage of the house that I had sold because I felt it would be safer. I still had a U Haul trailer in the driveway, so I didn't think the stuff was in danger. The new owners told me they had repeatedly tried to call brent's office, Keller Williams, and couldn't understand why he did not return the calls. The left messages daily for the 3 or 4 days? Brent never called me. They gave my stuff to charity....my father's rolex and every watch he had owned, coins, two Kirby vacuum cleaners. And my Uhaul trailer was still in the drive! I would estimate $15000. I will be making a full report to anyone who will listen. The new owners still had not moved into the house.Brent and I did not have a friendly business relationship. It was one of the worst and most expensive interactions with a business I've had in my life.
