I feel like Toni and I have similar family values so it was very easy to become friends, and as she got to know me and my family better it felt like she had become a new member. In my opinion she went above and beyond any expectations I had and I absolutely felt the personal touch she gave to my situation, finances and desires. And most important to me, I was worried that working with a realtor was going to require me dodging hidden expenses and getting a run-around while everyone tried to take advantage of my situation to get their slice of the pie. I was really nervous until Toni proved to me time and time again that she was in this for nothing more than my best interest. She found and worked deals out for me, referred me to specialists she trusted, kept in contact with me every single day, I was always able to get ahold of her, answered every question I could think of, the examples of effort she put in go on and on.She worked with me until we found the house that worked best for me and my family and made it so I hardly had to lift a finger. I actually found her by pure chance and I feel so lucky because I couldn't be more satisfied with my realtor!
