I contacted Vince Romano for the possible short sale of my home in February of 2014. I met with him and he went over all options I had in attempting to keep my home or try for a short sale. I filled out all paper work needed for the process to begin and as he stated "he will take it from here". From that point well..he did! I merely had to send in additional paperwork for my lender ,which Vince provided and after occasional updates given he delivered exactly what he told me what was gong to happen. The Home was short saled!! The attorney and other reps needed all seemed to work efficiently on same team to accomplish this. If it wasn't for a slight delay in the new owners loan under writers it would of have been sold in the exact time Vince told me during our first meeting. If you are looking for a Realtor who is experienced in all types of sales, has a good team around him and is very easy to reach with prompt responses ..look no furtherDaniel DeLavergne
