We purchased a home in Short Hills NJ for which Robert represented us as buyers. Before we settled on this home, he showed us many homes in the Livingston/Millburn/Short Hills area over several months. He was very generous with his time and advice. Throughout the process, we were very impressed with a few things. Robert has excellent local knowledge of these towns, has a sharp eye to details as he showed each home, and is very well tuned to the local market. He also has excellent negotiation skills which helped us a lot as buyers. Even after the closing, he helped us get connected to appropriate contractors so we could move in under a tight timeline, which we appreciated. We highly recommend Robert and would definitely have him as our agent in any future transaction. A big thank you to Janet also for helping us see the home multiple times and during inspection.
