While looking to purchase a home in an extremely aggressive market, we actively looked for an agent we knew would be able to get us to the right house and effectively close the deal. We were referred to John and Mysti Sturges and we were thrilled. We had already sold our home or we would have used them to sell as well. We found our house, John negotiated an excellent deal (getting us the home for below Market Value in a market that was commanding multiple offers and closing higher than asking price) and we closed without a hitch. We can't say enough positive things about John and Mysti. When the time comes to sell our home, they will be the first we will call. The professionalism, care and customer service they provided went above and beyond what we expected. They were always available, even at only a moments notice. In a market when buying and selling are at a premium, you can't ask for a better team than the Sturges. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could !!!
