We cant speak highly enough about our experience with Max Dober. As first-time homebuyers, Max?s knowledge, patience, and experience proved invaluable to us. Max was recommended to us by a friend who worked with him at least twice. We see why he was spoken of so highly. He is honest, prompt, and very hands-on. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Max would perform a methodical inspection, looking for and pointing out signs of problems and potential problems. He would comment on the quality of construction, appliances, and finishes. If he didn?t like the property for us he would let us know right away! This attention to detail really helped to take the pressure off us. On a few occasions, we thought we found the one and ended up in a bidding war, Max walked us through every step of the negotiations and gave pointers on how to stand out to the seller. In the end, we found a property that was perfect for us. There was more than one occasion where the deal could potentially fall through. Max worked his magic and saved the deal. We are loving our new home!
