Whatever you do, save yourself from the grief and outright dishonest representation with the agent - Aaron Ramkalawan. I have purchased a number of homes throughout my life, and I certainly know the difference between honest representation and this agent's insincere disingenuous effort.This guy promised everything under the sun and self-promoted himself as the "Number one agent in the local investment market". He boastfully aEURoeguaranteed to have tenants for the property he was representing to me in the role of a aEURoeDual AgentaEUR? and Instead, all he did was lie and misrepresent material facts throughout the entire closing process on the property I was purchasing. I have reported this agent's behavior to the Stamford Board of Realtors. I have saved a number of text exchanges with this unprofessional agent, who displayed an immature attitude over the course of my real estate transaction and at one point near the end of an aEURoeExclusive Right to Lease" agreement with this agent, I literally had to warn him to stop harassing me and report his threatening nature to the local authorities.
