We met John when we purchased our home. He was the sellers representative. We liked how he approached the sale and knew we wanted him to sell our home when the time came. John came to our home after we purchased it and helped us as it was a foreclosure and bank owned. No previous owner to ask questions of. John was very caring and involved. When we were thinking of selling, John came out and gave us an idea of the comps in the area and what our house should sell for. A few months later we decided to sell because of a job transfer. John came back and listened to our motivation to sell - fast so that our boys could get to the new community before school started. John told us a new, lower, price and we agreed because we didn't want to sit on the home for a long time and the uncertainty. The house sold in two days with two offers and we got more than our asking price. We were ecstatic! Everything was going great until the buyers financing hit some roadblocks. John and our attorney, John's recommendation, were fantastic with their follow through and tenacity to get the deal closed. The closing was two weeks late yet I could call John any time of the day and weekends. He was the consummate professional! Call John to buy or sell your next home - He is the BEST!
