Andy was such a pleasure to work with in my search for finding the perfect home for me! He listened and adjusted search criteria to really hone in on the type of home that would appeal to me. He was patient and readily available to take me out to look at houses that I wanted to see in person. We both knew the moment we walked into the home I now own that it was perfect for me! It was the very first day of showings and there were multiple people interested, but Andy turned the offer around immediately so we would be the first in and we worked closely together on the back-and-forth until ultimately it was accepted. Through the entire process Andy was there to answer all my questions and provided some amazing references for some work I wanted done! Pat did an incredible job helping us find our home in Charlotte. Coming from NYC, we were relocating to due to a job opportunity and because we didnt know much about the city, we were looking for a realtor that was extremely knowledgeable about the area all the while making us comfortable with our search. He is the exact opposite of pushy and the level of service provided in terms of following up and giving us the details was second to none. Pat was really thoughtful and thorough regarding each neighborhood and what his thoughts were in terms of our situation.
