Lonnie and his team went way above and beyond to help us sell our mothers home. We were quite overwhelmed with the prospect of emptying all of the items she had collected throughout the years and readying the house for the market. Lonnies wife, Amber, lent her great organizational skills and community contacts to help us tackle the sale of household items and market prep tasks. Once the house was ready, Lonnie immediately placed it on the market and it sold within the first week! What had seemed an insurmountable job was made possible with their great direction. We could not have done it with a typical real estate agent. Lonnie shines because he provides whatever service the customer needs. In our case, we needed a lot more than just a sign in the yard and an MLS listing, and Lonnie made sure we got the help it took to sell the house. I would highly recommend him. Well certainly be using him for future real estate needs!

We are grateful for how Lonnie and Amber guided us through the processes of buying and selling our homes ? especially both at the same time! Remembering back when we were trying to decide which realtor or company to select, we started out thinking of just every day acquaintances who we knew were realtors. Then as we started listing out what we were looking for in selling our home and what our expectations would be, we decided to start thinking a little more about making this more of a logical business decision and not just picking a name from a list of people who we knew were realtors. As we moved through this decision-making process of selecting our listing realtor, we suddenly came across a house to buy from a seller we knew of and who also offered us a direct sell without a realtor, which of course substantially lowered the price of the house. As much as we thought we could do a direct buy, that seemed to get a little difficult nearly right up front. At this point, we came to find out that we needed to move quickly and find a realtor who has the reputation, integrity and experience to assist in BOTH listing and buying a home simultaneously. So, when looking at our list, we found that several of those people we knew as realtors, who we consider good honest people worked for Southland Keller Williams, in which the Branson?s operated. Based on this, we called Lonnie and started the process. So, as we admit , we were very stressed, nervous and anxious all at the same time throughout the process with mixed emotions to sell our long-time family home and down-size to less of a home and to a better neighborhood to fit our needs going forward. Lonnie always stayed calm and positive with a steady hand and was always very responsive to both the process requirements as well as considering the emotional aspects that we were experiencing.
