Jonathan did a great job. My husband did not have an accurate price value of our home. My husband based his price value on the real estate tax evaluation we received from the Town. The Town based the valuations on the prices of the houses that had sold the prior year, not taking into consideration important factors, size of home, lot size, ammeneties (ie, central air), age of home, etc. As a result of this number crunching method (In the 29 years we lived in the home, an assessor had never personally come into the home to properly assess its actual value.), our tax base value was about $100,000 over the actual sales price value. Jonathan very diplomaticaly brought my husbands expectations down to earth. Our house sold almost exactly for the figure Jonathan quoted. He was very helpful in helping us dispose of the furniture in the house. Since we were moving to Florida and were moving into a completely furnished condo, we had no need for most of the household items in the Massachusetts home. I highly recommend Jonathan.
