Terri and her team at Coldwell Banker were very responsive and helpful. We were from out of state and Terri and Jodi went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were only able to come to PA a few times so we had to make the most of our time seeing houses.On our first visit we didn't find a house we liked, but through the course of the day Terri got a good understanding of what we were looking for. On our second trip a few weeks later, Terri suggested we go through a house she had been through earlier with another client. The house was at the low end of our budget and not one we had considered. And there was another offer pending. Terri had a strong feeling it would be the perfect house for us - lots of space, a great neighborhood and most importantly, lots of character.As soon as we went through it, we know it was the house for us. Over lunch that day we made an offer, it was accepted, and the rest is history!Had it not been for Terri suggesting we go through the house in the first place, we wouldn't be moving in in 3 weeks!
