I would like to recognize Debbie Pashkoff, who works for Keller-Williams in their Marina Office for the great work she did in helping us in selling my deceased brothers house.I live in the Pacific Northwest and with Debbies help, she gave us lists of contractors, painters, and pool people. We would then select the people we wanted and Debbie would coordinate the contractors and their schedules.Debbie had sold three properties for my brother, John and without her help I dont know what I would have done. She made up a calendar with timelines and we were able to meet all the deadlines and with her help everything went smoothly.Debbie even gave us a lesson in pricing for the region. List just slightly under market value and sell way over. She helped us with the staging and the house looked great. The house sold for $110,000 over the listing price. Debbie was on top of the entire process from listing, to staging, to the sale and closing. As I had called several of the hot shots in the neighborhood ending up with less than stellar response, I happen to mention to a trusted neighbor that we had made the decision to sell our home. He recommended Debbie Pashkoff. Called & made an appointment for that week. Debbie showed up shortly before the appointed time to knock at the door precisely. After looking around the property she presented her plan. Backed it up with comps for the Kentwood area. Recommended a few things that we could take care of or not with financial projections to back up her suggestions. In the construction business it was easy to understand as she presented options based on facts. We discussed her style of handling the sale. For a detailed, opinionated (or PIA) individual it was easy to see the best solution for us was to allow her to handle the sale. Its just not our business and based on our conversation with her that day, we could see she is the absolute best real estate sales consultant I had met in the 30 years in the neighborhood. We signed up with her that day. From that day on we had constant contact with her on each step she had detailed out for us in advance. She handled everything for us. Everything went exactly accordingly to the plan in the short time allotted. Our buyer was found thru the first open house Debbie handled herself. Several other offers came in from that open house. Debbie mentioned she felt the 1st buyer would come up and compete in the counter offers. After a few short days an agreement was made. Escrow was set up again thru Debbie. We closed the sale within the 25 days. Boom done that was it. I honestly believe this all happened because of Debbies expertise. I would buy or sell with her again without hesitation. 5*s kind of gal. Thank you to make this once in a lifetime experience quick & easy for us.
