As you probably know there are as many realtors in the Houston/Katy/Richmond area as there are potholes on I-10. It was very overwhelming at first. I needed a team that knew the area. Someone that lives and works in the community. A team that was not content with their success that just relied on clients that they'd had for years. I wanted a team that was HUNGRY and eager to help me at the drop of a hat. I have to be honest, it wasn't easy but I finally came across a young couple that met all my requirements. The RUTH/CHRIS real estate team was impeccable from the first email all the way to closing. I'm telling you when I say that they were there for me at the drop of a hat I mean it. They returned emails when I had questions in the middle of the night. They returned phone calls promptly and asked questions that I never even thought of. Ruth was so knowledgable of the market and the mortgage process and Chris was like a bulldog with his relentlessness pursuit of helping my family find our dream home. I could go on and on all day. What it really boils down to is that I found an outstanding real estate TEAM (2 for the price of 1) that was instrumental in helping my family make the most important purchase we have ever made.
