Chad is a hardworking real estate professional. I first met him at an open house. He was kind and knowledgable not only about the house I was viewing; but of the surrounding area. I asked him to be our realtor. Moving from IL to OH could have created so many obstacles, but Chad made it easy for us. He went above and beyond to walk us virtually through homes or to schedule time with one of our adult children who live in the area.
