My husband and I are first time home buyers and from the beginning Adrienne was there to guide us through each step. She communicated with us any changes that were being made or just to keep us in the loop about the process. Even when we had a slight hiccup and had to push closing a month out, Adrienne was there with us every step of the way ensuring that the sellers were doing there part. She also saved us a lot of money by negotiating with the sellers their contributions towards closing costs. Adrienne made sure that she did everything possible to bring us to the closing table which we did on 2/2/22.
