We worked with Mike Wolters an agent with Josh Stern. Josh was excellent! He listened to our needs, educated us on the market and with what the Stern Team would do for us. The team was great at communicating, which was at the top of our prior list. Mike set up meetings with us every week to keep us updated. Our home was listed and priced strategically to get to most potential buyers. Every showing was scheduled through a showing app so that we had control of when it would be shown and feed back from the showing. Mike was great working with the buyers agents and negotiating a sell. He explained each offer to us and was always available to answer our questions.
