Amber Taylor was one of 3 realtors I spoke with about listing my house. She came in with a marketing strategy and a price point for listing my house in a neighborhood that had no real comps. She was professional, and prepared. She gave me references on request that I called, and those references were exactly my experience with her as well. Amber is a young woman building a business. She does this full time and always answers her phone and keeps you updated on when the house is shown and what the reactions and concerns were of the potential buyers.While I moved out of state and started a new job, she handled a water leak from the washer connection and an evaluation by the gas company. The house was quickly sold for very close to asking price, and closing was arranged for me to sign everything from Florida.I highly recommend Amber and her team whether you are buying or selling.

Amber went above and beyond, no scratch that... she went above and beyond, above and beyond my standards of what a realtor is supposed to do. Being a first time home buyer, there were a lot of things in the entire process that scared the crap out of me. She literally took my hand and guided me through each and every step, no matter how big or small. Whenever I was not happy about something, she wasnt happy about it either, and her performance showed that as well. Shes an outstanding negotiator, straight to the point, and doesnt waste time dealing with other aEURoehard to deal withaEUR? agents. She stuck with us through 3 different houses until we found the one. Even through all my frustration I expressed to her, she stayed calm, and professional at all times. Hard working would be an understatement as well. There were mornings where I would wake up to documents, new listings on the market, that were emailed to me during the late hours of the night.
