I reached out to Amanda when I needed to find a new place as quickly as possible. Due to a few obstacles with appraisals/lenders, one could say she succeeded in finding me a new home three times. I've worked with a few agents over the years, and she's the only one I've recommend to friends/family or written a review for. She was always available and quick to respond to my 1am emails. Amanda met me at my new house to drop the keys off after a brief lease back period and I found that the previous owners had failed to clean up and leave the house the way it was when I'd done the final walk through. After the seller's agent failed to convince them to come back and pick up all the crop they'd left, Amanda offered to do it herself. I refused, opting to pay for a cleaning crew, which she then offered to pay for, which I also refused. As far as I'm concerned, it was in no way her fault. This is just one of the examples of when she went above & beyond what I'd expect from any agent.
