At first we listed my parents home with one of the big name realtor in the area. We never heard from the agent unless we contacted them and when we finally got an offer more than a year later, our agent never responded to our questions during the negotiation process except to say just throw some money at them. After enough of the nonsense and no real marketing of the home, we met with Robbie Sands. We were immediately impressed by all the time and effort he had gone to preparing for our meeting. He had really done his research! We hired him and he went to work marketing the home. We had almost as many showings in the first couple of weeks with Robbie than we had in a year with the other agent. By the end of the second week we accepted an offer and have now closed on the sale! We couldnt be more happy with Robbie Sands and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor who will work for you and not just treat you like another commission.
