We met Kathy when we were first starting to look at homes and stopped by an open house. After touring the house we spent a few minutes talking to her. On the way back to our apartment my wife and I talked about how we needed to get serious about finding the right house and we decided that even though our talk with Kathy was brief, we knew she was someone we wanted to work with. Working with Kathy was great for us as first time buyers. She really helped guide us through the process and gave us great advice on when to walk away from a house when the sellers were being to demanding. When we found the house that became our home, Kathy worked extremely hard to make sure the deal was beneficial to us and made sure the seller fixed any major problems that came up in the inspection. We are currently passively looking again with very specific tastes in homes. I know that if we find the right one again, our first phone call will be to Kathy.
