I moved from Ohio to Texas. I was completely new to Texas and had no idea about the communities and anything about Texas. I rented an apartment and wanted to purchase a home. Efrem was recommended to me by another person. In the beginning, I was not sure what I wanted and how to get a home in my price range. In Ohio, I lost a large sum of money when I sold my home. I did not know that the prices of homes was in upward movement, where I wanted to get my new home. My home in Ohio was large, located in a country club subdivision. We told Efrem what we are looking for(some of our requirements were strange). Efrem never asked, why we were looking for those specific things. His patience and professionalism is extremely impressive. He worked with us for the last seven months, showed us only the houses suitable for our needs. Sometimes I thought, that he could almost read our mind. He never gives up!! He found our home, exactly what we wanted and made the entire "process of closing" very enjoyable. Efrem Silerio is unique. His personality, humanism and dedication to his work make him so different from others. I am convinced that without Efrem's help we would not be able buy this home.
