It's hard to describe Carlo in this little box. So I'll try to sum up my experience. I contacted Carlo after I heard my brother and sister in laws experience with him. They told me it was great. He helped them sell their town house after a few weeks and they bought a house after a few months. They were very satisfied with his service. When I contacted him, I was still up in the air if, when, what and where I wanted to buy. I was even thinking of renting. He was very supportive and patient with me. I asked him for his opinion and he gave me the gods honest truth and I really appreciated that. He understood my concerns and thoughts on moving and he accommodated everything. I'm a single woman moving out of my parents home so I was very nervous with this huge change in my life. He was even my life coach during one phone call. After a few months of looking, the condo I wanted finally accepted my offer. Mind you, Carlo was going back and forth with the sellers and he never gave up because he knew I wanted that condo and my reasons. The condo is finally mine, and I'm so happy with my purchase. I know I was annoying with questions but it didn't bother Carlo at all. Anyday and anytime I contacted him, and he was available. Even during my closing time, he was out of state and he still contacted me to reassure me that everything is on schedule. So once I get some furniture, Carlo is welcome at my condo. He is very knowledgable about his areas, his job and he is always available. It was a great pleasure to work with him. I would recommend him to family and friends without a doubt and know he will take care of business. Thanks Carlo!!!
