Terrible customer service and total lack of customer care and communications. This review is mainly based on Annie Jacques; although I can really tell who at your agency was doing what. Overall our experience was horrible. It started off with Annie and her listing person not communicating which resulting one (1) full month going by where nothing, zero was done to get our house on the market. I should have quit right there but my Brother who is a Keller William certified CNIM professional had stated that this was a good team. Over all there was minimal, and I do minimal, personal interaction with us. Zero follow-up despite one email that stated we would get personal weekly follow-ups - we got none. I did most of the communications and rarely received same day follow-up. We had no guidance as to possible next steps to better promote or sell the house, i.e. recommendation to reduce price. I feel that your team solely relys on digital communications to sell and our experience was one of abandonment and just total lack of customer care. An absolute HORRIBLE experience. If I could give out 1/2 stars I would.
