I've spent about 6 months looking for a property that suited my needs and personal style. During this time I've made several attempts at purchasing properties that failed in the end - //NO// fault of Israel's. After the first two attempts, I had become discouraged and decided to quit. However, just because I gave up, Israel didn't. He continued to work diligently to resolve the issues and was not only able to get me a better property that I was originally requested; he had gone above and beyond during the negotiation process and put in a position to succeed. And for that I am stoked and forever grateful. He was extremely patient, understand, quick to respond, handled all the steps professionally, and never made me feel that my neurotic tenancies were a problem. Not only would I recommend him to anyone else - if and when I decide to move, I will call Israel first.
