Trevor Mcllwaine in Bouma Group helped me to buy the property at Ann Arbor. I am out of state buyer. He gave me an overview of the local market. As the property is very competitively priced, It had 6 offers within couple of days. Our offer was accepted. Though there was no chance to view the property, Trevor conducted a video tour with me and helped further to check out the property. Before closing, he answered many questions that I had and solved many problems as an out of state buyer. He is very responsive and answered my questions within minutes. He communicated clearly and concisely. Co-ordinated smoothly and flawlessly in every step with every party in the process of closing. During escrow we found some outstanding tenant issues and Trevor went above and beyond to Help me to resolve them in a timely manner, though they were beyond his scope of responsibility and the house already closed. The property was closed remotely. Trevor handled all the practical details on closing, from handling of keys to property inspection. Trevor also worked closely with the property management company and the transfer To the new management company is seamless. Besides handling financing, escrow and insurance, the closing of the property is so smooth and effortless. I am so glad that I have a beautiful property with an responsive management company in place at closing. - all because of the hard work of Trevor.
