My wife and I were new to the area and did not have any connections in Ann Arbor. We had researched many realtors online and connected with a couple of them to see who would be a good fit for us. After our initial conversation with Trevor, we knew instantly that he would be the person we wanted to work with. Trevor is very personable and easy to talk to. He was very informative, warm, friendly, professional, responsive, and wonderful all around!! We were unfamiliar with the Ann Arbor housing market and didn't know a lot about the different neighborhoods. Trevor never made us feel like we were asking the wrong questions and supported us every step of the way.We were fortunate enough to find a home we liked within months of working with Trevor, and have now moved into our new home! Trevor made sure we never missed any deadlines, helped organize our to-do's, and made everything so seamless and easy. We could not be happier with how things turned out, and we owe it all to Trevor and his team at the Bouma Group! We absolutely enjoyed working with Trevor and would recommend him to anyone!!! Even though we now are settled into our new home, we know that if we ever needed anything in the future or had questions about the city, he will just be a phone call away!
