I would highly recommend Mary Jo Hahn and my recommendation does not come easily. In general I do not have a very high opinion of Realtors as I have had way too many negative experiences. Mary Jo was given the opportunity for my current transaction because the previous Realtor did not even remotely perform and the house just sat. As an out of state landlord I could not get the previous Realtor to even answer a basic question as to whether or not the grass needed cutting. Mary Jo was aware of my negative experiences. She came on board and almost immediately I had 3 competing offers. I ultimately accepted one for more than the listing price. She was very successful in turning a very stale listing into a sale. In addition to her ability to generate a sale she was extremely pleasant with which to work. It was so refreshing to have an answer to my questions as she was ALWAYS very responsive to both emails and phone calls.
