In February of 2020 I interviewed 5-6 buyers agent looking for a sharp and intelligent agent that I was looking for to guide me through this complicated home buying process. In the first 30 seconds of speaking with Jenna on the phone she blew me away. I knew I wanted her representing me as an agent immediately. Her thought process and how she operates is not like anyone I've seen. When she speaks, she speaks with confidence but is NEVER pushy. She gives us the facts and allows us to make our own decision. I never felt under pressure with her to buy the house I was iffy about something. If I felt uneasy about something she talks to me about her experience about how she's dealt with that problem in the past where as other agents will just tell you "oh this is what you'll deal with in this price range" etc.We only needed her to look at 1 house. She met us at the house on time extremely professional and very knowledgeable about things in a home. When we decided that was the house we wanted to put an offer on she guided us on the right price to offer and how we should present an offer with advising me to type up a letter explaining ourselves to the seller. I'm very confident that helped pave the way for a smooth transaction with the seller. We made an offer that got accepted within 24 hours on a house that was about to be taken off the market. Jenna from there on out was so helpful in guiding us through a hectic process that was made even more stressful with COVID-19 restrictions and a state-wide shutdown. Anytime I texted her she responded no matter how late or whether it was on a weekend on her way to meet with another client. I NEVER had a time where I was waiting for an answer from her. We talked strategy of how to move the process along and what I should be doing on my end and she was filled with so much knowledge and how she explains things is easy to understand. She also dealt with my family so well as they were quite involved in the process that everyone in my family and my fiancA(C) loved working with her and it's like she's part of our family now.She referred me to a lender that was extremely helpful and got me the best rate with the least money out of pocket. I contacted 6 other lenders and ended up agreeing with the one Jenna worked with. She worked with the township to get the paperwork we needed during a time townships were operating in a limited capacity due to COVID-19 and when we had communication breakdowns between our attorneys, Jenna stepped in helped move things along. To put it simply, Jenna went above and beyond what her job entails to get us this house.After 81 days since we had an offer accepted on our home we closed this month and we are so excited about our purchase. Without Jenna, this deal would've never happened. She never made an excuse of why things were delayed on things out of her control, she always just rolled up her sleeves and got anything I asked from her done. I was never passed off to anyone within her agency whereas other agents just pass you off to a low level associate. That's how much Jenna cares about her clients and is involved in the process. I only wish our house was more expensive so she could get a bigger commission. If you're thinking about contacting her, just do it. You won't regret it.
