We had the pleasure of working with Jerilyn Dhonau from the Tamara Bourne Team. My fiancA(C) and I were searching for our first home and understandably, we had a million questions and no idea what we were doing. Jerilyn was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took the time to really get to know us and what we were looking for in our home, location, and priorities. She rearranged her schedule to work with us and was able to utilize our time efficiently to show us a wide variety of properties. We found our perfect home and Jerilyn tirelessly went to bat for us. Throughout the whole process she explained each step and gave us great advice. She always listened to our input and was able to get us a great deal on our ideal home. After we were under contract, Jerilyn really impressed us by continuing to put forward the same amount of effort in the closing process.
