I recently worked with Rachelle Heinzen-Ruchty of the Goodman Taylor Team to purchase a new home in Goodyear, AZ (PebbleCreek). I traveled from out of town to meet with Rachelle who was recommended by the realtor who sold our home in Washington. Rachelle worked extremely hard for us starting several weeks before I visited the area by sending listings and answering my endless questions. Rachelle is very knowledgeable about the Phoenix area and the numerous suburbs. She helped me identify specific areas that we might like and drove miles to show me these areas. She listened to what I was looking for and offered recommendations. She also guided me on new builds, pool building and landscaping, which was extremely valuable! Rachelle was there throughout the closing process, working with the lender and the selling agent. She always responded immediately to my questions. I highly recommend Rachelle. She is not only professional, but warm, friendly and fun. She will work hard for you to find the home of your dreams.

Ive had the pleasure of working with James Goodman on the purchase of two homes. One I purchased as a rental investment and one as my private residence. Its a great experience working with James. Hes knowledgeable, helpful, patient and most importantly....communicative. Many times through the process of a property purchase/sale, one will have questions or need help with issues that arise. James is always responsive. In the rare event he wasnt able to answer a call I made to him immediately, he called me right back within a reasonable amount of time. This sounds simple and a pretty easy request, but you wouldnt believe how many horror stories Ive hear from co-workers and friends that can never reach their realtor. James is a guy you can trust and hes done an excellent job for my family and I.
