Without a doubt, Robert Aldana is by far the best Agent I have ever met. No doubt the best in the area. I met Robert while searching for a home. I was first impressed with the website he built for the house I was looking at. He builds these stellar individualized websites that use your address as the URL. He uses professional photographers to present your home. He uses 3D scans so every home has a virtual your. Then he tops it all off with videos, aerial drone footage, and music. When we saw this, we said this is how we want to have our home presented. We put a bid on the house he was selling, but it was contingent on selling ours. We were so impressed with Roberts work we hired him to sell our home. We had 18 days to sell in order to remove the contingency on the home we wanted. I admit I was skeptical if we could get what we needed in order to purchase the new home. Robert was confident we could get what we needed. Over the next 4 days, Robert project managed our home, hiring painters, contractors, carpet cleaners, maids window washers, gardeners, garbage hauler, and movers to put most of our stuff in storage so we could stage our home perfectly. It was a monumental effort from everyone. We were mentally and physically exhausted. But Robert was there every day coordinating everything. He even helped move all our plants to a friends house with his truck. In 5 days our home was transformed. He brought in the photographer and the next day we had a perfect website, we were listed and we had an open house scheduled the next day. In 4 days we had an offer $220k over asking. We closed and moved into our perfect new home a few weeks later. But it didnt end there. The whole expedited process left us drained. So Robert gifted us with a couples massage at a local spa near our new home. And the red carpet didnt end there. He took us on a tour of our new neighborhood and took us to dinner at one of his favorite restaurants. Weeks later he helped us with repairs on our new home and ever helped with a home warranty when we had some trouble with our new dishwasher and AC. The point is Robert is more than an Agent. He goes way above and beyond. He and his team are a complete service. I cant imagine any other agent going this far for a client. If you are buying or selling in the Scotts Valley area, you cant possibly find a better team. -Al & Amy

From the initial meeting to after closing, Robert went above and beyond to make sure the biggest transaction of our lives went smoothly. His supportive, no pressure approach coupled with his knowledge of the local market was above and beyond anything we expected. Simply put, Robert Aldana and his team were hands down, the hardest working, most positive and energetic people we could have hoped for when Rosie and I decided to sell our home here in Scotts Valley back in May of this year. When we moved here in 2014, we never planned on selling, but when the market took off and gave us an opportunity to eventually upgrade to a larger home to begin a family, we jumped (literally) at the opportunity. From day 1, Robert Aldana and his team worked tirelessly to build a marketing plan to show all the blood, sweat and tears my wife and I put into this home (mostly with our bare hands and wonderful help from friends and family).
