John Goodell came to our home, explained the process of selling our home. He was not pushy, and we were moving in baby steps having never sold or bought a home before. We made our decision to see within a week, and John was there to guide us each step of the way. My husband and I are not very tech savvy, and John , and his team were extremely accessible, and helpful getting us through the paperwork, both understanding what was needed, and how to complete everything. Members of his team, including the escrow team for the sale of the house, and our mortgage broker in the purchase of our new home, have been extremely helpful, open, and always available to answer questions, helping us through forms, etc. along the way. My husband and I are very grateful for the openness, and honesty of the members of John Goodells team members as we complete the mortgage on our new home. I had been searching for a house for a few months, before being introduced to John. The realtor I was working with was showing me homes that were not up to par and generally was not listening to what I wanted. In comes John. We sat down and talked about what I wanted in a home. He showed me a couple on paper and I even looked at one he was showing, but it wasn't my style. Several days later, we planned to look at homes and he had a list of 4 homes. With each home we entered, John went to work. He went through every single room and checked everything from small cracks, to the floors being level; something my previous realtor never did, and I noticed the difference of having a good realtor. Fast forward a month; I purchase one of the homes we looked at, that day. The buying process was quick and smooth. John and his team made me feel important from start to finish and made sure I had all my questions answered. I refer all my friends to him, now.
