Andrea Dodson did a great job helping us buy a new home and selling our Sacramento home of 23 years. We choose her because she had done such a terrific job helping our daughter and her husband buy their first home (a complicated foreclosure) a few months earlier.Purchasing our new house went very smoothly. Andrea handled our end of the negotiations and all the paperwork, keeping us in the loop at every stage. When we put our house on the market in early November we were worried it would be too late in the season to sell quickly at a good price. We were wrong. Andreas market research and experience helped us set the right price and it sold at the first open house only days after hitting the market. For both transactions she was invaluable for her service, advice and recommendations for inspectors and contractors. She gave us a list of local contractors for the slew of services needed when moving to a new area. Whenever contractors or inspectors needed to visit a property when we werent available, she would be there to let them in and wait while they did the work. Included in her fee, she hired a professional photographer who took an excellent set of photos of our old house when we were getting it ready for sale. And when we had furnace issues in our new home she worked with the Home Warranty company to make sure we were compensated. Andrea is straightforward, forthcoming, professional, personable and pleasant. We highly recommend her.
