Ildi was a wonderful real estate agent: professional, friendly, and willing to fight for her clients. My husband and I were first time home buyers, and Ildi helped us get into our dream home in Sacramento. Because we were first time home buyers, Ildi really helped to explain the whole process to us. She was very easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond to our texts and calls. She sent available houses that she thought would be a good fit for us and she was quick to reach out to schedule showing for homes we were interested in. When we were looking at homes, she always pointed out things to keep in mind or things we may not have noticed, such as whether there was moisture in the crawlspace or whether there was any dry rot. When we put in offers, Ildi did a great job guiding us through the offering process. She provided us excellent negotiating tips that allowed us to make a competitive offer that we felt comfortable with. Because the market was so competitive, we did have to put in a number of offers, but Ildi fought for us and really worked to get our offer accepted. Once our offer was accepted, she remained in constant contact with us, worked to make sure escrow went smoothly, scheduled inspections, and followed up with all the different people involved in the closing process. Ildi made the home buying process as fun and enjoyable as possible. All-in-all, Ildi was extremely attentive, she was in constant and prompt communication, and we really felt like she truly had our best interests at heart. I would highly recommend Ildi as a realtor to anyone looking for an agent!

We were so fortunate to have crossed paths with Ildi! From our very first meeting, she presented as especially professional, responsive, and attentive to our home buying needs. My wife and I relocated from the Washington, DC area and had minimal knowledge of the housing market in N. California; Ildi provided us with all of the information we needed to be competitive in this unprecedented housing market. Ildi was patient with us, and we really appreciated her keen eye for construction and structural home renovation details that only one with extensive experience can provide. Ildi has quite an impressive professional history working in the property building and renovation fields, and is able to point out even the smallest damages/potential problems to resell homes and pools. We really appreciated that she was candid with us, and was quick to acknowledge when there were problems with homes (instead of rushing us into bidding on the less than perfect house).
