Shane is a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate agent. His work with us was amazing. Hes the BEST, look no further. Shane was referred to us in our search to purchase two income property homes. Not living in the area, we needed someone who really knew the Sacramento area and was a great communicator. Our expectations were high and Shane far exceeded them. He kept us on task, informed and answered everything we threw his direction. Shane listened to our needs and wants and found us the perfect homes. His background in construction and property management was a huge asset. Being in construction ourselves, we are particular and Shane was right there with us. He has continued to provide contacts for any house need and we know we can always reach out to him and trust his honesty, professionalism and kindness.

Paul Boudier is selling the home that my wife and I rent. We are not the homeowners. On the surface, Boudier seems like a nice, caring real-estate agent. Once the veil is lifted, however, the opposite is true. He told my wife that if we were unwilling to allow him to show the house on a given date, he would simply: give 24 hours notice and just show up anyway. We are in the middle of packing this house during the holidays; not by choice and not by fault. Boudier chided my wife when the house was not up to his own standards of cleanliness for the showing. We are a family of six, with a newborn (and two dogs. And yes... He also complained that I had not cleaned up the dog droppings in the backyard). There were other unprofessional statements and unethical threats, some lies too, but those were the most upsetting encounters. As a renter, its hard enough to be accommodating for the agent showing the house that is your Home. To be lied to, to be threatened and chided by that agent, is where my good graces end. Paul has made this process exponentially more difficult than it needs to be.
