Joyce Lynn is a gold star. She came on board as realtor half way through the difficult and contentious construction of my house. With minimal time, she immersed herself in 5 months of history. What impressed me most was her candidness, diplomacy, and thoroughness. Even before I was her client, she patiently listened and provided feedback on my circumstance. Her background in law was certainly an asset. Though my husband and I primarily managed the builder, we were glad to have Joyce Lynn oversee them while we were traveling to ensure the house was being built per specifications and to standards. She was quick to report and make recommendations as needed. She was most helpful managing the behind the scenes closing coordination between lender, title company, and builer. This part was alien to us, and we were very grateful for her lead. If she says she'll handle it, consider it handled.
