I can not even start to say how helpful Richard was during our home buying process. We were moving states away and unable to view homes in person. Richard started the process asking what features and style of a home we wanted. He then sifted through all the listings and sent us a prioritized list of homes along with links and pictures. Once we picked a few we liked he would go and video walk through each home giving descriptions of each room. As the search went on he gained more insight into our style and personal preferences, thus allowing him to gauge whether or not we would like a space. In this he was spot on, he was able to find us a home that we absolutely love. Richard was always there to answer our calls from early in the morning till late in the evening.
