My career path has always involved a heavy dose of customer service, and so Ive come to understand what good service looks like, what poor service looks like, and occasionally what exceptional customer service looks like. Let me be frank when I tell you that Jody Simpson provided the best customer service experience of my entire life. First of all she is incredibly attentive to the needs of her prospective buyers, and she always does her absolute best to find homes that suite your needs. When looking for a new home if she thinks that it isnt a good fit, or finds problems while looking, she is up front and honest about it. Jody has an immense store of valuable knowledge that she uses to help you find the best home, and never once did I feel I was being pressured or pushed towards a home in order to make a sale. We had an unfortunate turn of events where not one, but two separate sellers fell through--one within weeks of closing and one the day before. As we dealt with unscrupulous buyers, none of these were within Jodys control to prevent, but you wouldnt have thought that from looking at her. She did her job, the sellers job, helped us tremendously, and tirelessly worked on our behalf. When I say tirelessly, I mean it--she met us the day before Thanksgiving when our first home fell through to look at houses and stayed out late, taking time away from her family to help us. None of this felt forced, she never once made us feel bad about anything that occurred, and she went above and beyond to make the entire process comfortable. It doesnt hurt that Jody is one of the kindest, most sincere, and warm people Ive ever met. She just doesnt want you to find a home so so she can get a sale, she wants you to be happy, and does everything in her power to make sure you are. Ive worked with several realtors previously, and Jody Simpson is the best in the business. PERIOD. I would never use anybody else to help me find my new home, or sell my existing one, and I suggest you dont either.
