We met Jennifer at an open house and we are so thankful that we did! She knows the Portland neighborhoods/school districts very well and she is so accessable via text/phone/email. We weren't in a rush to buy a house so we wanted to explore many different neighborhoods and types of houses (my husband was being very picky as well!) and Jennifer was so patient with us and took note of what we liked and didn't like after going to an open house and sent us property links based on that feedback. Jennifer also made the closing process very easy with a very thorough house inspector. She was there for the initial and final walk-throughs with the seller to make sure that we were well taken care off. Buying a house in the Portland market can be pretty stressful but our experience has actually been enjoyable with Jennifer. Jennifer gave us honest opinions and had our best interests in mind and we feel like she has became a good friend of ours in the process.
