We were searching for property to build a forever home. We live near Charlotte and were looking in Greenville, NC. We had lived there previously and had bought and sold property, so we knew the real estate landscape to some extent. However, we have never experienced the level of excellence that we received from Amanda. We were in Greenville in March 2022 and contacted her based on her online reviews. What we received in service was far greater than anything we could have expected. We talked with her and relayed our specific preferences and generous time frame, and she immediately provided very extensive information and a multitude of available properties where she revealed both their alignment and misalignment with our preferences to best inform us. We agreed with all of her sentiments, but since we did not sign a commitment with her, we sent her our thoughts on each of the properties and drove back home. Here is where the best part of the story begins...On April 19 at 7:00pm, we received a text from Amanda about a property that hit the market that day. It was PERFECT for us. She had remembered us and our preferences, even though we had not engaged her as our broker! The next day we drove to Greenville, looked at the lot, and drove to her office where she had already researched key aspects of the lot and had all of the paperwork prepared for us to consider making an offer, which we did. From that day, we felt as if we were her only clients. She helped us secure the appropriate paperwork for understanding the covenants, HOA, and payment options; worked diligently with the seller's agent to ensure clarifications of unclear information and secure seller improvements; scheduled services with service providers to ensure we were highly informed about pertinent information regarding a future build; and communicated with us so that we were well informed throughout the entire process. On May 27, we closed on the property through a cash sale. Our entire experience with this sale was exciting, incredibly smooth, and enjoyable. We know that our forever home will be what we have dreamed because of Amanda. We have the highest regard for her and her team, and we know that we could not have realized our future dream home without her.

Amanda is an amazing human being and it echoes with her work as a Real Estate Professional. I had a very unique situation where I had jumped up and moved to New York City to pursue my dreams as an actor. I trusted Amanda with every step in the listing and selling process. She went above and beyond her duties as a Real Estate Professional which included depositing my proceeds check into my local bank account with the approval of myself and the President of the Bank. Amanda was transparent with everything and was always open to feedback and options throughout every step from listing to offers and closing documents. She would respond with detailed emails, texts and phone conversations. Amanda was a big relief as my move to New York City had many unexpected obstacles that were not anticipated.
