Scott has been wonderful to work with in every way. I am moving to Estes Park from the east coast, so the whole process of finding my new home has been long distance, with two trips to look at houses. Scott has been patient, answered all of my (many) questions promptly and completely, is thoroughly knowledgeable about Estes Park, and has guided me in the right direction in all the right ways. At my request, he made a video of a house I had seen online and sent it to me along with his own observations. He has indicated things I should be thinking about but never pressured me in any way, even when a different agent might have. Without Scott, I would probably have not have even looked at the house I ultimately bought (and which is perfect for me). He knew it met what I was looking for and gently kept suggesting I see it, even though from the online photos I didn't feel it was for me -- and as soon as I saw it in person, I knew that he was right. Scott made sure the entire contract negotiation, and the closing, went smoothly. Even after the closing, Scott has gone above and beyond just selling me a house. Since I am out of town, he covered the walk-through for me, went to the closing, helped transition the utilities and my mail box, and has checked on my house weekly, inside and out, for weeks until I could get there. I trust Scott implicitly and now consider him a friend. I recommend Scott highly and without reservation, to anyone looking to buy a house in Estes Park.
