For anyone looking for a realtor in the Palm City area and particularly aEURoeThe Evergreen ClubaEUR?. I would highly recommend Alexa Silva. From day 1 I found Alexa to be extremely knowledgeable regarding current market conditions and establishing a fair price for my home. She made several suggestions (which I took) regarding simple landscaping improvements, decluttering tips and staging. While I initially hesitated on a few they were all spot on and I believe did make a difference that was well worth the investment of time or money. As market conditions changed, she was quick to respond with a price adjustment I fully accepted. An offer soon followed. She made several suggestions for modifications to the offer to best protect my interested and from that point on things went smoothly through closing. In watching the market since my sale I have seen prices slide which would have impacted me had I been slower to react to Alexas pricing suggestion. This easily saved me tens of thousands of dollars and allowed me to aEURoemove onaEUR? without this hanging over me. Alexa is truly an amazing agent. My husband was relocated to CA for work and unfortunately due to the market we had to short sale our home. As you can imagine it was quite upsetting and also with having to relocate it was a lot to "take" at one time. Because of Alexa we were able to focus on the move and not the stress of selling our home. She helped us to understand the process, put us at ease and got our house under contract with in 5 days!!
