Julia was a godsend throughout the very challenging and intimidating process of buying a homeaEUR"especially for the first time. On top of that, I had always felt some anxiety about dealing with real estate agents, but Julia turned that anxiety into a source of comfort. She knows the market and understands the trends; she has a great deal of experience dealing with bankers, lawyers, other real estate agents, and just about everyone else involved in the process. But what really blew me away was how kind and responsive she was throughout: responding to messages and questions within minutes, taking over communications with the bankers and the lawyers, leaving no questions unanswered. If she did not know the answer, she would find out and follow up. Oh, and she spent her weekends driving us, with an infant in tow, around Westchester so that we could see as many homes as possible. I could not thank her enough.

Julia was recommended to my partner and I from a family member and we are extremely grateful they did. We just closed on our home this week and Julia was with us from the beginning of our search to the closing table. During the search process, she was attentive and diligently sent listings as they came up that matched our criteria. The search process took some time due to our selective criteria but Julia was always patient and never pressured us to place an offer on a home we weren't completely sold on.During the mortgage process, Julia was a great source of advice and information.
