Nicole was amazing in helping us buy our home. As first-time home buyers with a very specific list of must-haves, we gave her a pretty narrow set of parameters for what we needed in a home. She never once told us that what we were looking for was not possible and made us comfortable in believing that what we wanted was out there. We were navigating the wild 2022 market together: dwindling inventory and rising rates. During our search, our buying power dropped significantly, but Nicole never lost her positive attitude or belief that we would find something. Even in moments when we were feeling desperate and about to make offers on places that really weren't what we needed, she brought us back from the brink with her good advice and industry knowledge that our home would eventually hit the market. And she was right. After a few months of viewings of homes that just weren't right, we walked across the threshold of the place that was going to be ours. We ended up only making one offer (despite looking at many listings) and had that offer accepted. We don't have any other friends that have had this experience, especially during the past couple of years.
