I was new to the whole home buying process and had not a clue where to start much less who to call. A good friend of mine said to give her friend a call. It was night tie and i asked if i could call then and it wasn't a problem. So began my friendship with Erica Shireman. Erica guided me through the process of do's and don't, what to look for, what my wants and needs were and so on and so forth. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help guide me through the whole shebang of having a piece of the American dream! It may have taken us months to find the perfect place, and I'm sure I gave her a few gray hairs along the way, but I found what I was looking for and we finally closed this past February. Erica taught me a few things, and I'm sure I've taught her some things as well. If you ask me if I recommend this woman, my response is definitely heck yeah! What are you waiting for? Erica is my Realtor, but more importantly, my friend!

I worked Erica Shireman to sell my home in Tampa Florida following some serious health issues and my need to relocate back to my home State of Michigan. Erica was honest and clear about the techniques to ready my home for others to see it as their home and the possibilities for their family, as well as suggested updates that would aid me in receiving the best price possible within the current market values for homes in my area of Tampa. These updates were minimal allowing for me to maximize the proceeds from the end result of the sale of the home. She presented me with lists and charts of numerous properties that had sold or were for sale within the previous six months in my area and that aided me in understanding the range of pricing for my home. Then she took all of this information and with her partner they recommended a pricing strategy that would work for my particular situation. I took their advice and readied the home by de-personalizing and un-cluttering areas that as a family were unique to us, and then with her and the team we decided on the best date to begin our listing, we decided on the price for the listing and I can say that I was thrilled when my home sold in the first weekend! I would also note that Erica, and her partner and their team sold my father's home in the New Port Richey area of Florida during the same time period as the sale of my property because my father wanted to relocate with me and my son since he was aging and no longer wanted to live on his own. The same respect both to my father and his unique needs for marketing approaches, pricing strategies, etc. were applied and he too was thrilled with the end result. Although his property took a little longer to sell due to it being a unique villa in a senior community with an age restriction of 55+, they took on the challenge and we could not be happier! I highly recommend Erica, her partner, her team for aiding others to buy or sell their home. After owning a total of four homes, selling three of them - two with different real estate professionals in my early years - that I can say without hesitation no one and no team works as hard as Erica's, her partner, and their team of professionals. I hope that this review will help others as they navigate their home buying or selling needs because the one thing that I wanted and needed above all the other things I have detailed in this review was integrity, and that is exactly what I received! Too many real estate professionals, two from my own experience, are out for themselves and after the closings I would feel like I paid them a commission for me to do all the work, whereas with Erica it was the other way around! I feel that they earned every penny of the commissions on the two properties, mine and my father's, and I consider myself lucky to have had such amazing assistance during a very difficult time for me with health and a huge relocation looming.
